Standard Product and Services

One time purchased a digital product is subject to 30-day exploration phase. The 30-day exploration phase begins on the day the product is ordered.

One time purchased a physical product is subject to 30-day exploration phase. The 30-day exploration phase begins on the day the product is delivered.

For any reason, during the exploration phase and you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from us you are required to make a request letter  and send it to digitalpreneurhub@gmail.com.

All your orders must HAVE a return authorization and should be received within the 30-day exploration phase. All the product received AFTER the 30-day period is non-refundable. If the product is in the same condition as you received it new, unopened and undamaged in any way you will get a full refund of the original purchased price. This does not include all the shipping and handling fees. Once shipping and handling fees are all processed, you are required to pay shipping and handling fees of any returned product.

Moreover, a returning fee of 30% of the total purchased price can be deducted from any refund if the following conditions are met:

1. The product is with broken pages

2. The book cover is torn and damaged

3. The product is very used and visible scratches are seen

4. The product is returned 15 days late of the required return date.

Also, a refund can be refused if the following conditions are met:

1. The product is totally broken or unusable

2. The product is with some missing important pages

3. The product is unreadable and washed out

4. The product returned 15 days late of the required return date.
